We're not allowed to hang clothes where we live. Is there any other way to get rid of the mothball smell?
Try the dryer trick, but you may just have to re-wash all of them.
Next time, use cedar blocks instead of mothballs. It repels insects just as well and has a pleasant odor. Cedar blocks last for many years. If the scent dissipates, just sand lightly with sandpaper to revive it.
Through them in the dryer with a dryer sheet.
stop using moth balls, as that **** is old and died out in popularity in the sixties.
