What are some cheap clothing stores for a girl in her twenties?

I'm 21 years old and I'm looking for some stores that have clothes right for my age and decent also. Clothes that don't show off too much skin or cleavage. Not my style. I don't want to be wearing teenage or junior clothing.

i know it is hard shoping for clothes at this age i am turning 12 on saturday. it is hard to find clothes because you no longer fit in kids clothes and in teenagers tops are too low and jeans are low rise i my self still have not figured out the low rise jeans problem but when it comes to low rise i buy wat i can and if somethings are low rise i wear tank tops under them that is a godd way so spend you money and i know some good store if u r in canada like aeo or aeo.com bluenots and bluenots.com once i got 4 tank top 4 just 4 bucks each! i realy hope i help because i know wat it is like feeling like you cant find any thing to waer !

trust me, go on ebay and buy clothes there, but only from power sellers or else u'll get ripped off, anyways yea, thats where i get all my stuff from, way cheaper, i just bought versace pants for 70 bucks, the actual retail is more that 200, and there are plenty of other stuff.
